At Ecommora, all products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered by customer
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Color preference
  • Incorrect address provided by customer

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Order number
  • Description of issue
  • Clear photos of the product

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund if approved.

Lost Packages

If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
